Tommy
Vee
nasce a Venezia, Italia, il 21 Luglio 1973, dj, produttore e
co-proprietario con Mauro Ferrucci di Airplane! Records. La sua
carriera come produttore discografico inizia dopo l’incontro con
Spiller nel 1998. Il loro primo successo internazionale è stato
Laguna EP, pubblicato dalla rinomata etichetta Azuli UK. Nel 1999
crea con i suoi amici Keller e Sisco un team di produzione chiamato
Moltosugo, iniziando una collaborazione con Mauro Ferrucci e Frankie
Tamburo, fondatori del marchio “Airplane! Records “. Questa
partership inizia presto a dare i primi risultati: “Attiva”,
“Check Out The Groove” e “You Make Me Wanna”, pubblicato
dall’etichetta britannica Credenziali (sotto-etichetta della
Parlophone, casa discografica di artisti come Beatles, Queen, Pet
Shop Boys, Tina Turner, Kylie Minogue, Coldplay.) anche con la
collaborazione con Dianne Carlo Magno, vocalist di Moby. Nel 2001
prende parte alla produzione di “Point Of View” di DB Boulevard
(disco di platino in Italia), poi co-produce con Moony il brano
“Dove” che ha successo in tutto il mondo. In quegli anni remixa
due volte Moby, Raven Maize ha colpito “affascinato”, Green
Velvet “La La Land” e Tweet “Tonite Boogie”, ha inoltre
l’onore di remixare Laura Pausini, tra cui il popolare singolo
“Escucha Atento”. Ha prodotto con Mauro Ferrucci e Keller sotto
lo pseudonimo di T & F vs Moltosugo “La Serenissima”, “Stay”
(versione vocale di “La Serenissima”, che ha ottenuto l’ottavo
posto nella parte superiore della classifica italiana Ten) e “Not
Get Over You”; entrambi sono stati cantati dalla leggenda della
musica house CeCe Rogers. Nel 2005 pubblica il suo primo album
solista chiamato “First!” che ha incluso il brano “Anthouse”
, colonna sonora del advertsiment delle Pringle. “First” ha
venduto piu’ di 40000 copie in 5 settimane durante le quali e’
rimasto nella top 15 della classifica Fimi degli album piu’
venduti. Per questi risultati raggiunti e’ stato premiato con il
secondo disco d’oro. Nello stesso anno esce anche l’album
“Finally” prodotto dal team t&f vs moltosugo Nel 2006 in
occasione del 10 ° anniversario della Airplane! Records mixa una
compilation con alcuni dei classici che hanno fatto la storia del
marchio. All’inizio dell’estate 2007 apre lo show di Laura
Pausini allo stadio di San Siro con 70,000 persone che ballano.
Durante l’estate ’07 Tommy produce con il suo vecchio amico di DB
Boulevard Diego Broggio “Over & Over”, con l’ etichetta
partner di Mauro Ferrucci (aka Roy Malone) “Old Skool Generation”.
Nella seconda metà del 2007 collabora con il dj e produttore The
Scumfrog (già remixer di Didone, Britney Spears, David Bowie) per il
singolo “Serenade”, che riceve ottimi riscontri a livello
internazionale. Nel 2008 e nel 2009 concentra la sua attività
soprattutto remixando canzoni pop italiane come: Paola & Chiara
“Second Life”, Jovanotti “Safari”, Marracash “Badabum Cha
Cha”, Gianluca Grignani “Ciao Arrivederci” e J-AX “I
Vecchietti Fanno Oh “. Grazie alla collaborazione con il suo amico
Roy Malone remixato il singolo di Planet Funk “Lemonade”, una
nuova versione con riferimenti alle sonorità tipica casa degli anni
’90. Nel 2009 Tommy produce il singolo di Moony “I Don’t
Know Why”, che ha raccolto un grande successo in tutto il mondo, in
particolare in Brasile, Portogallo e Spagna. Durante l’estate 2009
Tommy e Mauro Ferrucci lanciano i nuovi remix di “Stay” con
versioni di Jerome Isma-Ae, Thomas Gold, Nicola Fasano e Bloody
Beetroots. Nel 2010 produce con l’americano dj / produttore e
rapper Mr. V la hit “Bang Bang”, che ha ottenuto la prima
posizione italiana Grafico Top singola. Nel 2011 sono stati lanciati
: Tommy Vee & Mauro Ferrucci feat. Keller “1975″, CeCe Rogers
feat. Serena (con remix di Whelan & Di Scala e Federico Scavo),
John Lemmon EP e Tommy Vee Mauro Ferrucci feat. Luca Guerrieri
(remixato da Groove di papà e Whelan & Di Scala). Supportato da
dj internazionali e produttori come EDX, Thomas Gold, Michael Gray,
Bob Sinclar, Stonebridge, The Scumfrog e molti altri Tommy è
regolarmente ospite nelle migliori discoteche d’Italia e d’Europa.
Crea la sua one-night chiamata “NoName” al Peter Pan Club
Riccione dove sceglie personalmente la line-up, con ospiti djs
internazionali come Axwell, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso , Roger
Sanchez, Fedde Le Grand, Thomas Gold, Alesso, Norman Doray, Bingo
Players e Costo Arno. Suona back2back con il suo amico Mauro Ferrucci
a Villa Delle Rose, Blue Marlin Ibiza, Villa Bonin. In novembre 2011
Tommy e partner la sua etichetta e amico di Mauro Ferrucci mescolato
il loro primo ‘Back2Back Compilatation’ uscito in tutto il mondo
in aereo! Records e Sony Music. Durante l’estate 2011 ha aperto le
tre serate di Wind Music Awards dall’Arena di Verona. Nel 2012 ha
firmato una collaborazione con Nicola Fasano, Steve Forest & Luca
Guerrieri con Mat Twice per ‘Tell Me WAF’

una traccia crossover con un riff molto house. Il 2012 inizia con un
remix per Antonella “Cuore infranto” (X-Factor), produzioni con
altri artisti internazionali e il follow-up di “Bang Bang” con
Mister V e Miss Patty intitolato “Press Play”. Dedica una grande
energia alla scoperta di nuovi talenti della scena dance per
Airplane! Records, con il suo partner Mauro Ferrucci e Keller.
Recentemente Tommy è stato coinvolto come critico per il programma
musicale “Star Academy” e si cimenta in sede di riesame film
divertente per la Panorama.it blog. A marzo è nei Cinema, la per un
cameo nel film di Giovanni Vernia alias Jonny Groove “Ti Stimo
Fratello”. Nel 2013 Tommy lavora a due grandi co-produzioni, la
prima con i Cube Guys per ‘El Tromba’ e la seconda con Marco Lys
per ‘It’s Not Me’, che sarà pubblicato in maggio da Skint
Records, etichetta del leggendario dj / produttore Fatboy Slim.
Collabora anche con Mauro Ferrucci per la produzione di “Astro”,
bonus track del nuovo album di Antonella Lo Coco, intitolato
‘Geisha’. Nel Aprile 2013 Tommy e Keller remixano il brano “L’
uomo piu’ semplice” di Vasco Rossi in vista delle aperture da
parte di Tommy dei concerti bolognesi e torinesi del tour LIVE KOM
013 del Vasco nazionale di fine giugno. Tutte le domeniche
dell’estate 2013 Tommy e’ resident assieme a Mauro Ferrucci al
Blue Marlin di Ibiza. Con qualche “incursione” anche al Pineta di
Formentera. In Luglio al Super Paradise di Mykonos sempre con Mauro
Ferrucci presenta in esclusiva mondiale la compilation da loro
selezionata “EGO in MYKONOS”. Sempre in Luglio esce “Reach me”
nella compilation Africanism brano incluso anche da Bob Sinclar nella
compilation “Ibiza Mon Amour”. In Italia si esibisce regolarmente
nei locali piu’ rappresentativi della scena dance italiana tra i
quali Peter di Riccione, Tenax di Firenze e Titilla di Riccione. Nel
corso dell’estate del 2014 Tommy crea la sua One-Night di House
Music chiamata VEECIOUS che va in scena ogni lunedì notte al Pineta
di Formentera. Ogni martedì è resident insieme a Mauro Ferrucci del
Blue Marlin Ibiza e il mercoledì torna al Peter Pan di Riccione per
la sua residenza storica la Noname dove divide la consolle con djs
internazionali del calibro di R3hab, Tommy Trash, Laidback Luke e
Kryder. Insieme a Mauro Ferrucci seleziona e mixa la compilation EGO
IN MYKONOS 2014.
Tommy
Vee was born in Venice, Italy, on 21st 1973, dj, producer and
co-owner with Mauro Ferrucci of Airplane! Records. His career like
record producer began after the meeting with Spiller in 1998. Their
first international hit was Laguna EP, released by the renowned UK
label Azuli. In 1999 he created with his friends Keller and Sisco a
production team called Moltosugo, which started a collaboration with
Mauro Ferrucci & Frankie Tamburo, founders of the record label
“Airplane! Records”. This partership started soon to give its
first results: “Activate”, “Check Out The Groove” and “You
Make Me Wanna” released by the UK label Credence (sub-label of
Parlophone, record company of such artists as Beatles, Queen, Pet
Shop Boys, Tina Turner, Kylie Minogue, Coldplay.) who saw the
collaboration with Dianne Charlemagne, also vocalist of Moby. In 2001
he took part in the production of “Point Of View” DB Boulevard
(Platinum Record In Italy); later he co-produced with Moony the
worldwide success “Dove”. In those years he remixed twice Moby,
Raven Maize’s hit “Fascinated”, Green Velvet’s “La La Land”
and Tweet “Boogie Tonite”; he had the honour of remixing Laura
Pausini, including the popular single “Escucha Atento”. He
produced with Mauro Ferrucci and Keller under the pseudonym of T&F
vs Moltosugo “La Serenissima”, “Stay” (vocal version of “La
Serenissima” which gained the eight position on The Italian Top
Ten) and “Can’t Get Over You” both were sung by the house music
legend CeCe Rogers. In 2005 he released his first solo album called
“First!” who’s including the hit “Anthouse”, soundtrack of
the Pringle’s advertsiment. “First” sold more than 40.000
copies in 5 weeks and entered FIMI’s top 15. Tommy was awarded with
the second Golden Record. In the same year he released the album
“Finally” produced by T&F vs Moltosugo. In 2006 in occasion
of the 10th anniversary of Airplane! Records he mixed a compilation
with some of the classics which made the history of the label. At the
beginning of the summer 2007 he opened the Laura Pausini’s show at
the stadium of San Siro with 70.000 people dancing. During summer ’07
Tommy produced with his old friend from DB Boulevard Diego Broggio
“Over & Over”, with his label’s partner Mauro Ferrucci (aka
Roy Malone) “Old Skool Generation”. In the second half of 2007 he
collaborated with the dj and producer The Scumforg (already remixer
of Dido, Britney Spears, David Bowie) for the single “Serenade”,
who received good internationally feedbacks. In 2008 and 2009 he
focused his work mainly on remixing italian pop songs like: Paola &
Chiara “Second Life”, Jovanotti “Safari”, Marracash “Badabum
Cha Cha”, Gianluca Grignani “Ciao Arrivederci” and J-AX “I
Vecchietti Fanno Oh”. With the cooperation with his homey friend
Roy Malone he remixed the Planet Funk’s single “Lemonade”, a
fresh version with references to the typical house sounds from the
early 90′s. In 2009 Tommy produced the Moony’s single “I Don’t
Know Why”, which collected a worldwide success, especially in
Brazil, Portugal and Spain. During summer 2009 Tommy and Mauro
Ferrucci released the new remixes of “Stay” with versions from
Jerome Isma-Ae, Thomas Gold, Nicola Fasamo & Bloody Beetroots. In
2010 he produced with the american dj/producer & rapper Mr. V the
hit “Bang Bang” which gained the first position on Italian Top
Single Chart. In 2011 were released Tommy Vee & Mauro Ferrucci
pres. Keller “1975”, CeCe Rogers ft. Serena (with remixes from
Whelan & Di Scala and Federico Scavo), John Lemmon EP and Tommy
Vee & Mauro Ferrucci pres. Luca Guerrieri (remixed by Daddy’s
Groove and Whelan & Di Scala), supported by international djs &
producer like EDX, Thomas Gold, Michael Gray, Bob Sinclar,
Stonebridge, The Scumfrog and many others. Tommy is regularly guest
in the best discos of Italy and Europe: he creates his one night
called “NoName” at Peter Pan Club Riccione where he personally
chooses the line-up, which consist of international guests dj’s as
Axwell, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Roger Sanchez, Fedde Le
Grand, Thomas Gold, Alesso, Norman Doray, Bingo Players and Arno
Cost. He plays back2back with his friend Mauro Ferrucci at Villa
Delle Rose, Blue Marlin Ibiza, Villa Bonin. On november 2011 Tommy
and his label’s partner and friend Mauro Ferrucci mixed their first
‘Back2Back Compilatation’ released worldwide by Airplane! Records
and Sony Music.During the summer 2011 he opened the three nights of
the Wind Music Awards from The Verona Arena.In 2012 signed a
collaboration with Nicola Fasano, Steve Forest & Luca Guerrieri
featuring Mat Twice for ‘Tell Me WAF’

remix for Antonella “Cuore Infranto” (X-Factor), productions with
other international artists and the follow-up of “Bang Bang” with

discover new talents of the dance scene for Airplane! Records, with
his partners Mauro Ferrucci and Keller.Recently Tommy was involved
like a critic for the music program “Star Academy” and he tried
his hand at funny movie’s review for the blog Panorama.it.In March
will be in the theaters, playing a cameo in the movie of Giovanni
Vernia aka Jonny Groove “Ti Stimo Fratello”. In 2013 Tommy signs
two great co-productions, the first one with The Cube Guys for ‘El
Tromba’ and the second one with Marco Lys for ‘It’s Not Me’
that will be released on May by Skint Records, label of the legendary
dj/producer Fatboy Slim. He also works with Mauro Ferrucci for the

Bob Sinclar’s Africanisim with the single called “Reach Me”, he
released with his mate Keller a 2013 version of “Activate” on
Alex Kenji and Manuel De La Mare’s Hotfingers and he had the honor
to remix with Mauro Ferrucci and Keller one of the masterpiece of
House Music: Frankie Knuckles’ Your Love. Recently Tommy worked on
a remix for Ana Tijoux’s 1977 with Keller and he released with
Mauro Ferrucci and Keller “This Time”. The track shows their
never ending love story for house and dance music. During summer 2014
Tommy creates his one-night of House Music called VEECIOUS which is
staged every monday night at Pineta Club Formentera. Every Tuesday is
resident dj along his friend Mauro Ferrucci of Blue Marlin Ibiza and
Every Wednesday night he returns to Peter Pan Club Riccione for
Noname where he plays with guest djs like R3hab, Tommy Trash,
Laidback Luke e Kryder.
